- Welcome & Kickoff
• The facilitator introduces the Iron Chef competition theme, setting an energetic tone with upbeat music.
• Teams are formed, captains are selected, and a quick overview of the event’s phases—earning, cooking, and presenting—is provided.
- Ingredient Earning Challenge
• Teams compete in fast-paced trivia, photo, and video tasks to earn their ingredients.
• Challenges test creativity, knowledge, and teamwork while keeping the excitement high.
• The more challenges completed, the more ingredients earned for their culinary creations.
- Culinary Strategy & Cuisine Selection
• Teams choose their restaurant or cuisine concept and receive their “secret ingredient.”
• Participants brainstorm their menu, determine roles, and plan their dish strategy.
• Collaboration and creativity are key as teams work against the clock to bring their ideas to life.
- Cooking & Presentation Challenge
