Event Flow:

1. Welcome & Icebreaker

• Kick off with a high-energy welcome from our award winning emcee/facilitator
• A quick, fun icebreaker gets everyone energized and mingling.
• Teams are formed, captains chosen, and team colors or identifiers distributed.

2. Tech Briefing & Strategy Session

• iPads® loaded with BridgeTheApp™ are distributed.
• A quick tutorial covers the interface, challenge types (photo, video, and trivia challenges), and scoring.
• Teams discuss their strengths and start plotting a winning strategy before the race begins.

3. Challenge Hunt Begins

• Using the sprawling grounds and picturesque surroundings, teams embark on a series of missions, trivia challenges, and detour-style activities.
• Photo and video tasks bring out creativity and humor—expect plenty of memorable moments.

4. Race to the Finish

• Teams tackle final, high-value challenges that require every member’s skills.
• The last puzzle or detour unlocks the route to the finish line—where the first team to arrive claims bragging rights.

5. Wrap-Up & Highlight Reel

• Gather for a celebratory closing session, complete with a multimedia highlight reel of the day’s funniest, most creative, and most epic moments.
